The definition of success is
different for each individual. Everybody
speaks about success stories but the problem is How to repeat it? I had a
thought in my mind whether there is any secret formula of success that successful
personalities follow. And this encouraged me to search. I read lots of books
like The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert
Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter, The
Secret by Rhonda Byrne, many autobiographies, and many more. Believe me, I
got a real treasure from it. My favorite book is Think and rich grow by Nepolian Hill and 5 AM
club by Robin Sharma. I spent a lot of time, chalking out highlights
of all these books and made a formula for success. I will run this blog post series for
it. In the first blog of this series, I am presenting a '52 minutes'- a morning formula for success which one should follow.
Let’s see,
Wake up early in the morning. Some things
are only available to early risers. And some things only happen at dawn. But
what time is early? As per Indian tradition 4:00 AM is the perfect time to wake
up. There are several reasons for it. This is known as Brahma Muhurtha. Muhurtha
means auspicious time to do certain tasks. Waking before one and half an hour early
to sunrise gives you fresh, positive energy. All animals who work in the day time just like humans wake up at this time only. Brahma muhurtha is the best time of
the day in setting the tone of your day. As per Ayurveda, we have to start and
end our day as par nature which naturally strengthens immunity and purifies the
body with routine discipline. Calm, cool, soothing air creates the best atmosphere
for meditation, yoga, and exercise, this helps you to be mentally as well as
physically fit. Brahma Muhurtha increases Satva guna instead of Rajas and Tamas
guna.

How to wake up at 4 AM?
Utilising morning in a better way
does not mean that we need to wake up at perfect 4 o'clock. This means that we
need to wake up at a particular time as per our requirements. The time should be
sufficient to accomplish meaningfully and plan full things in the morning and letter
in a day. And it depends on different categories from male to female, children to
students, businessmen to employees, housewives to the working women. All these can
utilise their morning in different ways like meditating, exercising, reading,
thinking, project completing, researching, providing time to a hobby, and like
this. So plan strategically before starting and scheduling your early morning.
And then start to implement it. Once you started to wake up early follow this
formula and make it a habit. If you find any difficulty don’t hesitate to change a few steps. Wake up from the bed and rub your palms against each other, clockwise
and anti-clockwise for a minute. Then touch both palms against your eyes and
your face with a smile and give thanks to nature for this beautiful morning.
Don’t forget to appraise your own hands which are your best friends, who help you
in each and every task. Complete your routine morning work and start to
implement the following formula to achieve success as early as possible.
1.
IMAGINATION for 1 min.
“Your
imagination is your preview of life’s coming attractions.” – Albert Einstein
Think and imagine what you want
in the future. It may be to own a house, a business, a car, a job, gold, life
partner, publicity, and like that. Think about the steps to achieve it. This
will make your subconscious mind to think and start to work on it.
2.
CONFIRMATION for 1 min.
Now give confirmation to
yourself that you are the one who did right in every bad situation. Try to
recognise your own strengths and challenge yourself that you can achieve
anything you want. This will recharge your body with positivity.
3.
MEDITATION for 15 min.
Now it's meditation time. Yes,
at least for 15 minutes we have to do some meditation and yoga as per our health.
Successful persons have to handle many issues and they need mental and physical
fitness. Lots of successful personalities in this world follow meditation. Many
successful business owners and leaders have been to India to learn meditation
and yoga. With our luck, we are from India, then why we underestimate the power
of meditation. Our aim should be mentally and physically fit.
4.
EXERCISE for 15 min.
Next, at least 15 minutes do
any kind of exercise you like. How do we finalise only 15 minutes are sufficient
for exercise? The answer to this is, with 2 minutes for warm-up and the next 13 minutes for extensive exercise. Lots of people don't have will power and time for exercise. So
this is the minimum time for exercise one has to give per day. Remember to include those exercises
which make you sweat completely. If you are not already physically fit, then start with low-level exercise.
5. NEWS
READING for 10 min.
Keep yourself alert right from
the morning itself. Success needs to analyze
news to increase your alertness by reading or listening early in the morning. This
habit helps you to keep alert and one step ahead in the fiercely competitive market.
This will increase your success ratio.
6.
PLANNING A DAY for 10 min.
Give at least 10 minutes to
plan your day. Start with the most important issues in the morning. Once the biggest
and most difficult task has been completed in the morning session, it will supply you with positive energy throughout a day.

Believe me, friends, when I
started to work on the formula of success, at first I thought it was impossible
to find such a formula. But as I continue reading, I came to know there is always a success formula that we don’t know. You should try it and I am sure you will feel the difference in your
