What's your IQ level and how to improve IQ? Neuroscientists believe, adults can easily develop their brains for better smartness than ever before with some easy techniques. I will not suggest burdensome techniques instead these are the simple ways to increase your IQ in less time.

1. Increase your interest - To increase IQ level, first learn to develop an interest in that particular thing. For instance, You are not invested in the stock market and you came to know that the stock market was crashed. You will not feel anything good or bad here. In the same case, if you are invested in the stock market and you came to know about that, you will be shocked and suddenly you will try to grab more information on that issue. Eventually, only because of your interest, your IQ will increase about that issue.

2. Work for Novelty- Childrens' learns new things on daily basis but we adult believes that there is nothing left to learn, we know everything already. In fact, most successful peoples always learn new things throughout life. Learning something new will keep your brain trained for the change, which increases the power to understand difficult tasks easily.

3. Challenge yourself- Challenging yourself is always a great idea to train and motivate the brain. This increases our stress-handling capacity.

4. Music instrument- Friends open your almirah and take out your old guitar, piano, or violin. Study reveals that playing any music instrument could shoot your IQ significantly. Music keeps our brain fresh and healthy. It boosts our reasoning skills.

5. Your network- As your network and relationship tend to grow: your experience, knowledge, and IQ also increase. Always choose your companion, your partner with the same behavior, positive thinker, same field of study and interest.

6. Make a mentor- Your mentor will advise the exact path to your goal.

Mentor will easily find some expertise within you. Even you could make books as your mentor. Once you find your goal, now this a time to stretch it, learn about it, and try to be an expert on that.

7. Use of memory games- Many of us spend unmeasurably high time in gaming, gadgets, social media, and negative thinking people or friends. Avoid it to save considerable time, which could be used in memory-increasing techniques like chess, sudoku, jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, concentration card game, or card matching, etc.

8. Recognize your required sleep- The sleeping time of each individual is different. As per research 6 to 8 hours daily, perfect sleep is sufficient for an average human.

Your IQ will stay disturbed, confused, and overburdened because of this extra sleep. It's important to spend less time but what is essential is to take perfect sleep. So, if you tend to sleep more, think twice. You can learn how to take perfect sleep in less time. It will decrease sleep time, deliberately. Now recognize and learn your perfect time of sleep.

Especially for students

When you get admission to college and tuition your time becomes precious. It is paid for by your parents so concentrate on your study. If you don't understand then ask questions to your teachers and superior.

Set small targets in daily life and college. After your daily college activity, complete your assignments as well as the most important task immediately. Then you will get extra time to do some kind of masti and then pay time to get some extra knowledge from your interested fields which would help to gain some more IQ.

Always try to develop habits to grab success by taking inspiration from successful peoples.

Break during continuous studies- After 50 min. of studies take 5 min. of a break for regeneration of spirit. After continuously reading our brain tends to go slower, it needs rest after a particular time.
